This is a beautiful dog friendly beach in Sussex, with 20 acres of grass lawn and miles of sand! This beach is actually privately owned by a group that is dedicated to preserving the environment, and at the same time, provide a clean place to relax on. The entire beach is open to dogs between September and May, but the area in front of the beach huts (between 14A and 18) are restricted during the Summer months. A great place to explore for you and your doggy!
This beach is open to dogs all year round. With a view of the Kent coastline, your furry pal will have a lot of fun in the sand and Thames Estuary mud. This Canvey Island beach also has shops, parking and a promenade close by.

Berrow Beach, with its flat wide sands, is one of Somerset’s most artistic beaches. It’s a very beautiful place for walking, and the beach is part of a seven mile stretch of sand, running from Burnham-on-Sea to Brean Down. The bones of a long dead ship reveal when the tides goes out. Be aware that the shoreline can be a dangerous area at low tide due to soft sand and mud, so it’s best to avoid the area during that period.
