- Did you know that you can spot a pure breed Beagle by the white hairs in its tail? Even if just a wisp at the very tip, it’s likely to be a mix if it doesn’t display some white tail hairs.
- Queen Elizabeth I kept a pack of miniature Beagles who were small enough to be carried in a horses’ saddle.
