Supervet to the rescue!
When her learning difficulties stopped Ellen from socialising with other girls of her age, that didn’t stop her from forming a firm friendship with Teddy, her dog. Sadly, Teddy had deformed front legs, which meant that although he’s only a young dog he “walks like an old man and a two-year-old shouldn’t walk like an old man”. So says Ellen, and we couldn’t agree more.
Turns out that Supervet (a.k.a. Noel Fitzpatrick) agreed with Ellen, too. Watch the video above to discover how this heartwarming story ends.

Cashmere is one of only two dogs to receive an honorary degree from the University of Calgary, Canada. His owner, Tiana, has been blind since she was a child, but that hasn’t stopped her from pursuing her dreams at law school. Bold and brave search dogs at Grenfell Tower

Londoners, and people everywhere having been struggling to come to terms with the tragic fire at Grenfell Tower which has claimed the lives of at least 79 people, though more people are feared to have died.
In the aftermath of such a sad loss of life, dogs are once again being called upon with their superior sense of smell and nimble paws to help the emergency service, police and firefighters, search through the debris of the ruined building to identify victims and survey the damage.
Police search dogs such as the pair of Spaniels pictured above are picked from an early age and carefully trained. In situations like this, they are able to reach parts of damaged buildings that humans simple can’t get to. These dogs are some of hardiest pooches around – we applaud you for your bravery!
